Shipping is completely free, no gimmicks or hidden fees. It is even free shipping to a residential or business address. The price you see on the website is the final price you will pay. No delivery charges, or fuel surcharges whatsoever. Shipping takes 2-6 business days to reach your location depending on what state you live in. A representative from the shipping company will contact you in order to schedule a delivery time most convenient for you. You will have to inspect and sign at the time of engine delivery. Before you accept your engine shipment, please make sure to do a thorough inspection of the engine from the outside to make sure that no engine parts are missing or broken. If an engine part is broken or seem to be missing, please mark down these parts on the freight receipt before signing it. You must then call us to notify about these damages or missing parts in order to make a claim. We pay a lot for shipping and we would like our customers to be completely satisfied.

25% restocking fee is charged on every good item returned. Non-refundable after 30 days from the date of invoice.
Return Details:
If you received a wrong item, you need to follow the above procedure in order to return it. We will exchange and send you the correct product as well as reinburse all of the shipping costs.
All freight charges are responsibility of the buyer for cancelled or returned shipments. However, if the engine is found to be defective, GOT JDM LLC will reinburse or pay all shipping costs and exchange the defective part at no cost to the customer. Customers are charged 25% restocking fee as well as shipping charges on engines returned without authorization and orders that were declined or cancelled by the customer.
If you are ruturning an item simply because you changed your mind or no longer need it, you will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. It is your responsibilty to do any research prior to purchase.
You may only cancel the order within 48 hours. In such a case you will be give a full refund. If the item has already been shipped, you will follow all the return / exchange procedures.
No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed.
It is also the customer's responsibility to repack the item(s) that are being returned and make sure that it is properly and securely packed with sufficient packaging material to prevent the item from being damaged. We cannot give credit or refund on a returned package that got damaged due to insufficient packing. All hardware & accessories included in the original package needs to be returned or the customer will be charged. All returned items needs to be insured (in case of lost or damaged) and we recommend the customer to get a tracking number to track the shipment.
